The staff was very pleasant & accommodating. The Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. It was just very peaceful. The breakfast was good. There was 24 hour computer and internet on the 1st floor for anyone who needed it. The coffee & tea was available 24 hours. If you wanted to relax in the dining area you could. 2nd time we stayed here and we just love it. The staff was always very friendly, the room were clean and spacious. The bedding was very good. But the breakfast was sensational compared to others we have stayed at. Just nothing bad at all to say and we were very satisfied!

We have very old and dear friends living in Bethlehem PA. This was the first time that we stayed at the Fairfield Inn while visiting them. It was such a good choice! Our room was clean and comfortable. We received a gift bag with water and snacks when we checked in. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available in the lobby. Then we discovered how great breakfast was in the morning! There was a wonderful assortment of items, both hot and cold. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of tables and chairs. Someone was there to refill things and keep the area neat. We had a really great stay at the Fairfield Inn and plan on making it our first choice for our next visit.

Everybody went above and beyond to try to help you and do anything for you and especially Kim the manager. She really did me a favor. I had an issue and had to stretch out my day and her just the whole staff. Everybody was wonderful I just wish that they would leave the pool open a little bit later just so that adults could go in at night being that is no room is by it.
