The property was clean and new. They provided everything we could need. We came during a cold and wet week but the hotel was cozy - we especially loved the heated beds! The staff were outgoing, friendly, and helpful. Really cannot recommend more!

Spectacular view from the viewing platform and dinning area. View from my room is good too. Clean comfortable and well maintained room. Breakfast is hotel style buffet with a sumptuous wide spread of local and western dishes. They also offer Wulong tea from their own tea plantations and delicious homemade pickles. Service staffs are polite and attentive. Host gave good advice for tracking the Er Yan Ping walkway nearby, as well as good restaurants around the area. Great private parking spaces.

The room and bathroom were very clean and well-maintained—I have no complaints. There was hot water available, which was great. The owner was kind and hospitable. The location is perfect, close to Xiding bus stop, making it convenient to get around. It’s about 15–30 minutes to the Tea/Mist and Eryanping trails if you enjoy hiking. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Taiwan.

The place is run by a family. The son helped us carry our luggages to the 2nd floor. The place has no elevator. Our room is huge with all the basic amenities. It's got a great view from the patio. On clear days one can view the sun rise there. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. It's about a 10 min drive from the Tai Ping sky ladder. There are no resturants close by, so grab your bento from the Tai Ping old street. Highly recommended.

In my 8 years of travelling to Taiwan, this by far has had to have been the best accommodations we have ever stayed at. Upon arrival, we were greeted at our car and immediately felt welcomed. After checking in, we were invited to have tea with the host that evening. We booked 3 king rooms and everyone was pleased with the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds and in-room amenities. We stayed for 2 nights and both mornings breakfast was exceptional and the host interacted with us making us feel as if we were at home. They recommended places to eat and sites to see during our stay and we were far from disappointed.We highly recommend that anyone that is planing to visit Xitou Taiwan to stay at this B&B, for both its accommodations and its proximity to the National Parks and other sites nearby.
