Lots to like. Clean, comfortable. We put our family of 7 in a room that sleeps 8. Shared bathroom was super clean with private stalls and toilets. They also had a dog hotel for around $30 a night for the pooch. Had a fully stocked kitchen that we did not use but looked amazing.

We booked this hotel because my family want to take a holiday to visit Takoro National Park while in Taiwan. We arrived and departed on the train and was able to arrange the staff to drive us between the train station and the hotel since we are a family of 5. The complementary breakfasts were great with interesting and delicious food and good selection for everyone in the family. There were also complementary drinks and crackers during the day after breakfast which was great after a day of exploring the national park. The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The complementary washing machine and dryer was really useful because we have small children which tend to be messy. We also tried the Sunrise restaurant attached to the hotel the last night and the food quality was very high. The staffs were really friendly and helpful and even the two cats on the premise were very friendly. We would miss the breakfasts on the deck with the cats and the great food for years to come.

Everything. The staff in the front desk are always willing to help. I met a staff at a stand serving Tainan’s steam rice was superb, who served the dish and made a brief introduction to me. She was doing a great job.

Lovely room surrounded by beautiful garden and great ocean views. Delightful common/breakfast area, superb breakfast served in the morning. Very helpful owner provided and discussed local information with us in English.

Located just behind the beautiful Jing-Si Abode of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation, the place is exceptionally being cared for by a dedicated and caring management that pays attention to hosting guests in a respectful, warm and unobtrusive manner. The amenities are modern yet natural, the mood is gentle, relaxed and welcoming. The room was spacious and bright, and offering a little balcony facing peaceful farmlands. Parking is available on premise. We could not have had a better experience!

Welcoming hosts that introduced us to their indigenous culture. Delicious breakfast of indigenous foods and we even had a photoshoot wearing home-made ceremonial clothing! The beds were firm and the A/C was strong. Convenient parking right in front of the house.
