Everything exceeds my expectation. Every staff member is nice, helpful and responsive. 5-star hotel breakfast. Very good price, about half of similar 4-star hotel in Taipei.

That was a perfect stay with my family. Told our room was upgraded to a deluxe family room as my parents are 90 and 92. That was a great gesture and it was very much appreciated. We were very happy about everything such as the room, the staff, the swimming pool, sauna, spa, breakfast. We were so impressed with the high-rise infinity swimming pool. The view from the pool is fantastic. We definitely want to stay there again.
