Amazing place, large room, supper friendly and helpful family. Our kids loved playing with their son. It's a bit outside the city. Nice and quiet, if that's what you like. Nice breakfast prepared everyday and a fresh cup of coffee 😌 Great start point for many road trips in the area. Great to be able to use all the facilities in the kitchen downstairs.

Very nice and spacious bedroom with a lovely view over the mountains. All amenities were provided. The pool was also great to have a dip after a warm day. Nice breakfast with a lot of local specialties to try. We would definitely come back.

First impression was that the hotel was really old because of the dated design, but actually, everything is really clean and new. The room size was good and bathroom was huge, but without bathtub. Instead there is a massage shower panel. There is an outer glass door for each room so sound insulation was really great. There were 8 washers and 8 dryers and detergent provided (completely free) and staff helped to restart the dryer in case it was not completely dry and you have not collected your laundry. Snacks, tea and coffee and ice-cream was provided in the lounge for free. The tea bags provided is from a really famous tea company in Taiwan, and there are about 8 different teas to choose from. Breakfast and supper provided was good quality and really tasty, tasted better than a lot of food sold outside. The tea eggs was especially good, better than the famous one in Sun Moon Lake. The food was so good that on the 2nd night, we deliberately had a very light dinner so we can enjoy the supper fully. Service standard really surpassed our expectations. I smelled smoke one night on my floor and alerted the front desk, and it was taken care of immediately. Staff working at the restaurant was very helpful and knowledgable and helped with food recommendations.

Value was amazing. Two nights in a double room with large, comfortable, twin beds and a semi-private balcony was only about $100 US. The location - near downtown, several retail streets, and the beach, yet just a couple of blocks away from traffic and lights - was private enough while still providing easy access for more touristy stuff. Staff was very helpful. Rooms clean and the private bathroom modernly apportioned (no washlet though). Many TV channels provided - including CNN and a couple of movie channels with English titles. Would stay there again.

The room was amazing, you feel like you are in Paris. Stayed two nights. Ideal for couples as well. Large comfortable bed, desk and two chairs, stylish furniture, beautiful bathroom, cute windows, fridge, air conditioner. You get cookies as welcome present.
