Location near Sabiha Gökçen airport, hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast was amazing, reception service was beyond excellent. Thank you for such a warm welcome, Asya, you were so attentive. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Problem with not closing window was solved in 5 minutes. Definitely recommend this hotel.

An absolute gem just outside Istanbul. My wife and I had an amazing time in this hotel. We were initially supposed to spend here three nights but we ended up extending our stay for another 3! The staff is extremelly efficient and nice and they helped up with any of our requests. The hotel is brand new and extremelly clean. The bed was the largest I have ever slept on and the room facilities are top quality. We really enjoyed the SPA and the outdoor heated pool. Despite we were there in the cold December we truly ejoyed jumping between the Sauna and the outdoor pool which is heated at approx. 25 degrees. If you can bare those 10 seconds in the cold air while you reach the pool I would highly recommend it. The sport centre nearby is an absolute dream. Top quality facilities, instructors and machinery. We have been using the gym and played tennis in one of thei indoor courts which was absolutely fantastic. The sport centre also has a lovely restaurants where we have had some amazing breakfasts. With a 30 mins drive you can reach more central parts of Istanbul by taxi but this little extra travelling is totally worth for the peace and the quality that the hotel is able to provide. Last but not less important, the hotel is surrounded by some very good restaurants which we were able to reach within 10 minutes walk. We already know where we will be staying next time we will be visiting Istanbul!

Sara at reception was very helpful in getting us a great room and to order food. Sude at reception was very kind and helpful too is showing us around. The hotel is very close to the airport, only a 10 mins ride which makes it ideal for a 1 or 2 night stay.

1. The receptionist Eren and the hotel support Özgur were very kind and helpful, and with a cute smile 2. We had an upgrade and got a Presidential Suite on the highest 14th floor. The room was spacious with a wonderful view from the window and a comfortable setup with rooms for relaxation 3. Excellent and delicious breakfast buffet 4. The hotel restaurant was exceptional, with exquisite dishes, especially the fish and meat menu, made by chefs Hokan Irem and Gökmen Mustafa, and a friendly and handsome restaurant service staff Ramazan and Alp, we also loved the red wine "Yakut") 5. We appreciated very much the special attention for our birthday with sweet cakes and candles not only in the room as a surprise but also in the restaurant for dinner :) 6. VIP wellness service was amazing with a lovely relaxing atmosphere with candles and fruits, jacuzzi, sauna, professional massage, and hammam rituals done by wellness specialists Ima and Wayan.
