We were greeted very warmly at reception and although the manager had limited English, we communicated through Google translate and smiles. He was very helpful and communicated promptly through WhatsApp. Our apartment had a lovely view and was very clean and spacious. Can highly recommend.

If any members of your party require special accommodations, e.g. elderly guests, inform the hotel staff to ensure a room with access to a park Serdar is great, pleasant and helpful staff

    It’s an old hotel and some things are worn out, but the staff are excellent, easy walking distance to stores, classic Turkish breakfast and they don’t mind me taking my bicycle to the room. Overall good value for money. Thank you!

    The staff was amazing, kind, helpful, friendly. The hotel was super clean, just steps from the cable car station. The breakfast was amazing ( included) and all day long coffee, tea and salty and sweet fresh snacks.
