The hotel is in a beautiful and very quiet location, it is only a short walk to the sea. Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. The family is very kind and hospitable, the breakfast was delicious and there are a lot of cute kittens and dogs. We'd love to come back!

An absolute, hidden gem of authentic Turkish hospitality. I booked with a bit of anxiety, as the photos do not necessarily look very appealing, but the rooms and bathrooms are renovated, with efficient air-conditioning and nice decorations. The pool area is also very clean and inviting, there are multiple spaces to relax and suntan, pool towels are of course provided. But the best thing are the hosts - they greeted us as if we were their friends, long unseen, provided with useful tips and info about the area, made us feel truly at home. And oh, the food! Ayse is an amazing cook, after the first dinner we have not eaten anywhere else for the four days we spent there. So, avoid if you want to lose weight, you will not be able to with her delectable dishes 😀 Tip: the rooms on the top floor are the nicest, and the garden/pool side is the most quiet. There is a washing machine available, for a modest fee.

This place is so great - so nice, comfortable, the hosts are extremely friendly 🤍 they prepared a special home dinner for our baby when we arrived. They lit the fireplace for us - it was suuuuuper cozy moment! And the breakfast was perfect! Thank you so much, we’d love to come back to your lovely home 🤍

The room is simple and has everything needed. What truly stood out is the passion and care of Messoud for his guests. We were welcomed super warmly and felt good there. Messoud was extremely kind to let us check out late and use the shower and pool after we checked out and went to the beach. The breakfast was very big, diverse and delicious. Patara beach is absolutely gorgeous. One of the best beaches I have ever seen!

I really enjoyed the stay, the breakfasts were great, the peace, beauty and nature around. The room had delicious tea and coffee, a wonderful view from the room to the sea and the main pool, we had an orange tree growing on the balcony, it was wonderful, we will definitely return to this beautiful hotel.

Everything! The staff treated us so well, we felt at home. The room was big and the view from the balcony was divine. The restaurant was an added bonus. Food was delicious and portions were abundant. The hotel is very tastefully furnished and modern. It was a shame we had only one night, we would’ve loved to stay longer.

    Karadere is great for a quiet, off the beaten path stay. Look past the greenhouses and you'll find that the real beauty of Karadere is best experienced along the Lycian Way stretching from the north end of Patara Beach through the pine and olive forests surrounding the ruins of Pydnai to the steep escarpments north of Gavuragili.
