Our stay at Marriott Marmara Sea lasted almost a month, and throughout this time the service was truly exceptional. The hotel fully met our expectations: comfortable rooms, perfect cleanliness, and a cozy atmosphere. We would like to especially thank Muhammad — such a kind and responsive person who always handled any requests promptly and with great care. We came for medical treatment, and the hotel kindly provided us with a wheelchair for the entire duration of our stay, as well as regular ice and everything else we needed for our comfort. The breakfasts and food at the hotel were delicious and varied, making every morning a real pleasure. We are truly grateful to the entire hotel team for their attentiveness and outstanding service. It was the first time I experienced such a caring and thoughtful staff! We will definitely come back to your hotel again!

The accommodation is very well placed in a part of Istanbul that is quite affordable for food and shopping. It's 17-20km from the main tourist sites but an easy train, taxi or bus ride away. After we spent a week in this apartment, we moved to one right in the middle of the tourist zone - near the Blue Mosque. We wish we had stayed at Luxury Life Suites, as the cost of everything closer in is extortionate. The apartment at Luxury Life was immaculate. The staff are helpful and everything was easy. Absolutely worth the cost of the stay. We are travelling permanently for 2 years, so we have many places to compare. It was one of the best we have stayed in.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Nirvanas Hotel during a business trip, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. This thoughtful gesture was a huge relief after a long journey and set the tone for the exceptional service I experienced throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Caner, who ensured every aspect of my visit was seamless. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach made me feel like a truly valued guest. Whether it was arranging amenities in the suite or ensuring I had everything needed for my meetings, he was always available and ready to assist. I also want to express my gratitude to Mr. Erdi for their outstanding support. Their professionalism, warm demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile greatly contributed to the comfort of my stay. It’s evident that the entire team at The Nirvanas Hotel takes great pride in delivering world-class service. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made it a wonderful place to relax and work. Everything! The spacious 3 bedroom apartament, the 2 terraces it had, the pool, the fact that we always had parking and the staff was great! The Receptionist answered my qestions in a matter of minutes, they made every request i had happen, they even let me charge my car in the parking lot! The security guard can be annoying since he doesnt speak english and doesnt seem to want to understand even when you use google translate to speak to him in turkish. But tell the front desk and they'll make him understand any request or problem you have. Its clean, easy to find in a beautiful location( not far from the AquaFlorya mall) and everyone is friendly! I highly recommend and we will be returning!💓
