SwitzerlandWe had the pool villa and it was very nice! Even though it was raining every day we had the best time staying at Koh Hai Fantasy Resort. Everything was just perfect. The private pool was big with a nice view over the beach. The complimentary mini bar was refilled daily with different variations. The staff was so kind! Very recommended!

New ZealandWe had an amazing stay at Thapwarin Resort. The location is outstanding - right on the beach with palm trees swaying over the crystal-clear water and views of the nearby islets. The deck at Thapwarin is superb, a place where you can enjoy some food & drinks and admire the setting. The rooms were great (surrounded by lush trees and chirping birds), the staff were friendly and the food was nice.
We even had the good fortune of meeting the owners of the resort who offered us a ride to Trang City when we couldn't find a taxi at Pak Meng Pier. They were so lovely and we hope to meet them again on our next visit to Ko Ngai. I can't recommend this place enough! Ko Ngai was probably the most beautiful island we have visited in Thailand.

We booked our tour and speedboat through the lady just outside of Koh Ngai KaimukThong Resort and she was brilliant! The resort staff were so friendly and helpful. This is a very quiet island where you come to relax, walk along the beach, and swim. There are no noisy bars, just long lazy days and relaxed nights under the stars. The south end of the beach is the best sand, but you can walk from one end of the beach to the other in only 30 minutes. The sea is deliciously warm! There is another beach called Paradise Beach, if you are bored of relaxing. Beautiful beach location which was still really quiet post COVID. Not many other options on the island for food/drinks but the hotel food was nice, although a bit limited for those in the party not so in to Thai food. Staff were lovely throughout our stay and the whole place had a great vibe that made for a perfect spot to spend a few quiet days off the beaten track. Amazing shallow beach with clear water.
Amazing shallow beach with clear water. A reef that is right off the island. Great views of nearby islands. Easy to rent a boat and visit other islands in the area. Calm waters make it easy to kayak and swim. There are no roads, just the beach. There are only a few hotels and so it limits the number of people on the island. Ko N'gai is small and extremely quiet.
Ko N'gai is small and extremely quiet. Perfect to get away from everything. Jungle and sea is some of the best I have seen after 30 years visiting Thailand. Simply beautiful. The tent is spacious with a little balcony and directly at the beach. Next to the Camping is a wonderful bar with live music in the evening.
