The staff were lovely, James was fantastic and everyone was super helpful, they had to change me of room but it was done swiftly, they also helped me book the elephant sanctuary visit and a fantastic massage. The hotel is super near the gated city and only a 5-10 minute walk to the main gate. Definitely would recommend 👌 the breakfast was also amazing. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

The location is excellent as it is in the centre of the high end shopping area. The facilities in the hotel are amazing. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym room. The buffet breakfast is also great and I love to sit outdoor to enjoy the morning breeze! Apart from the hardware, I appreciate very much the prompt response and friendly smile of all front desk staff. In the first night of stay, we experienced inadequate heating up of water for shower. Your front desk staff responded instantly to my call and had everything checked and put right the next morning. I would like to express my gratitude to Game, the customer manager of the hotel and her staff for making our stay in a most relaxed and pleasant way.

Great location at the edge of the old city, 10 minute walk from Sunday Walking Street. Nice pool, clean rooms, excellent ac, nice toiletries. Couldn't have been better. Breakfast is outstanding...sourdough, bacon, yum Staff are super helpful. Excellent English, helpful, provided good advice and when stored our lost luggage for 2 weeks when it was delivered from the airport after we'd left for the loop.

The venue is gorgeous in a beautiful Japandi design style. The rooms were great. However, the hotel manager (I think that’s her role), Ying, was the best part of the experience. She made outstanding efforts to help us get around, which wasn’t easy since we were there during the Yi Peng festival (another great experience) and just made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much
