It was a fantastic experience; my kids and I felt at home. The house has everything you need! It is quiet, surrounded by green fields and trees from the Golf property. The location was ideal since it was easy to snorkel and see tropical fish, turtles and sting rays, etc. The accessibility to everything was wonderful because you didn't have to walk far to get to any place on the resort itself. The staff was excellent and the 3 bedroom villa worked out beautifully for my family. The continental breakfast was also excellent and plentiful.

Good location, hot and sunny, but can be windy weather so be...

Good location, hot and sunny, but can be windy weather so be careful of sunburn. Great beaches and snorkelling; local sea life on the reefs is amazing. Easy to get about with a hire car (drive on left like UK so get a right hand drive car). Side roads are quiet. The central highway can be a bit frenetic though. Good seafood. Great local beer. Good shops to buy own provisions, can be home from home, e.g. with Waitrose goods! However, expect US pricing and tip regime; sometimes up to 20% and also add local taxes!

I was expecting more sights , overall extremely bad value...

I was expecting more sights , overall extremely bad value for money . Restaurants far too expensive as are products in the supermarkets . Staff in most hotels were rude or indifferent . (Beaches was the exception , with all staff extremely pleasant and professional ). The various Beaches are nice but could be cleaner. I will not be back .

Owner is very friendly and helpful 24/7. I had a suite i think :-) , which for one person is too large, but I won't complain. Room was very modern, boutique style 8 aparments whith all amenities. The best airconditioner in my room! Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area and only 4min walk to the beautiful Grace Bay beach..

This small boutique apartment hotel really makes it easy to have the most relaxing vacation possible, No kids :-). The Tropical pool was lovely. Beach, bar and fine dining are only a 3min walk away from your room. The owner went out of his way to accommodate any requests we made. If you want to stay in zen mood this is the place to be.

The hotel was breathtaking and lived up to our expectations for our special trip - our honeymoon! The staff by the pool and restaurant were great, food and drinks excellent and the standard of hotel really good.
