The Auberge is like a green oasis in the middle of an African village. Almost luxurious rooms in a compound with plants, trees and a pool! Mrs. Linda, the host and owner, takes excellent care of her guests - frequently, if not all the time, going really out of her way to make the stay as memorable as possible. This is a place we would absolutely recommend - not only for those interested in the Fathala reserve but also other visitors since there is lots to do and see in vicinity (holy tree, a shell island, a bird nesting place, sunset watching...). This would be one of few, if not the only one, place we would love to return to.

Everyone there is welcoming and super helpfull. The place is located in a great location, far enough to be in silence, and close enough to be at the heart of the town while strolling. Just amazing value for the price!
