Had my best long weekend in Singapore hugely thanks to this hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make us happy and indeed they succeeded. Location is perfect, beds are comfortable, the view from the room was amazing. And thank you so much for all the small surprises and kindness.. ;) <3

The hotel was nice in general with lots of greenery everywhere you look. The staff was very friendly. We were offered a late check-out already at the check-in without even asking for it, a first in our long history of travelling. The location of the hotel is very convenient in Chinatown which is a nice area for walking around and nightlife.

FAQs about hotels in Singapore

Asia in a Compact Package

Clean, compact and compelling, Singapore seamlessly combines the best of Asia. Different cultures and cuisines live side by side, whilst maintaining their own identity.

Behind the bright lights of Chinatown is great value dim sum, while Little India is a sensation for the senses. Wander past the pastel-painted facades of Malay-dominated Geylang Seari for a taste of days gone by, then stop off at the Colonial-style Raffles Hotel, birthplace of the Singapore Sling cocktail.

For a retreat from the hustle and bustle, take the cable car to the sandy beaches of Sentosa, an island just south of the city centre. Also here is Universal Studios Singapore, a theme park brimming with the magic of the movies.

As you’d expect from the host of the world’s only Formula 1 night race, once night falls, Singapore is still very much alive. Its Night Safari is a zoo offering the rare chance to see nocturnal animals going about their business.

Although small enough to see on foot, Singapore has an efficient public transport system which extends as far as Singapore Changi Airport. With a choice of Singapore accommodation ranging from budget hostels to luxury hotels, Booking.com is bound to have the right choice for your holiday.

    Always re-inventing itself.

Always re-inventing itself. Bar and restaurant scene keeps changing rapidly, you always find sth new & innovative. Quality of food is excellent and super-international. Singapore is this healthy, clean and safe mix of tradition and cutting-edge 21st century technology. You never freeze, except in the aircon :-) The beach is near, if you´re up for it.

I enjoyed Singapore for the gardens and national parks.

I enjoyed Singapore for the gardens and national parks. It's very easy to walk around or use MRT and buses for longer journeys. The highlight of Singapore was Sungei Buloh Wetlands Reserve - a good place to enjoy nature and wildlife. You can reach the wetlands in about 90 minutes from the city centre by MRT and bus. Nanyang Old Coffee shop in Chinatown is a nice place to have an authentic Singapore coffee and snack. The parks are free to enter and public transport is very affordable.

Singapore is a very clean, safe well laid out city.

Singapore is a very clean, safe well laid out city. I was impressed with the super easy to use transit system. The airport is a destination in itself! My husband and I did a lot in just 2 full days but my favorite place was Cannon Park in the center of the city. It was a beautiful park that made you feel like you were in a tropical forest rather that the center of a city. We also found an awesome bakery at the edge of the park, but on park grounds. I didn't find little India or China Town particularly interesting but I come from California where we have a lot of diversity and a huge authentic Chinatown. Those areas are just tourist traps with expensive tourist trinkets for sale. I enjoyed the waterfront area and the indoor rainforest and flower gardens. I also enjoyed going to the top of the boat building (forgot its name) for drinks at sunset. In two full days, I felt like I saw everything that I wanted.

This is a great hotel. Although it may not have all the facilities of some of the bigger hotels in Singapore, it ticked all the boxes for us. The room was spacious, clean and very comfrotable and the staff were particularly helpful. Furthermore the hotel is located in an intersting part of Singapore, a bit away from the more toursity areas but still within easy access to transport and great local neighbourhood restaurants. Excellent Wi-Fi.

I have stayed at Hotel Boss on a number of occasions. It is in a good location near the metro and it is good value for money in the context of other similar hotels in Singapore. It is worth upgrading to a balcony room as this is a rare feature for hotels at this price range. I always sleep well here.
