The one night stay at this newly build high quality hotel was pleasent. We had a room at 6. floor with a panoramic view of Kiruna and the nature surrounding the city. The room itself was very comfortable and well equiped. The staff was friendly and attentive. All in all this hotel is highly recommended.

Perfect vacation location. Friendly staff, clean room. Beautiful little village close by, plenty of activities to choose from. The Ice hotel itself was beautiful, clean and worth every penny to stay there. The food in both the main restaurant and their restaurant located about 1km away was absolutely delicious.

Cozy, clean and quiet cabins. Very good breakfast and dinner. Helpful staff. On-site free parking. Did not try the SPA unfortunately, but looked nice from the outside.

Staff was super helpful. The breakfast was good and it's a 15 min walk to the train station. The Sami museum downstairs is a must! We even got lucky and got to see some beautiful auroras from the parking lot :)

Very good hotel with cozy rooms, a nice sauna, and an excellent breakfast. About a 20-minute walk from Kiruna Bus Station and 10 minutes on foot to the bus stop for the airport. If I come back to Kiruna, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Very good hotel that was close to my expectations. The staff was very friendly before and during my stay! The rooms were very nice and clean with very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast included in the price that was super tasty and nice with many options! Location was perfect between the old and new center! Bus station is 1 min on foot from the hotel.
