Some bridges with different coloured light cross the Sado river, joining the two halves of the town, and give a touch of magic to the town during the night. Alcacer do Sal is a lovely place to spend a relaxing break. There are numerous restaurants/cafes/bars. There are places of interest to visit, for those interested in history and archeology. Alcacer do Sal is a lovely place to visit. The narrow streets are great to explore. A pleasant walk along the Sado and stopping for coffee at one of the many cafes/bars is very relaxing. There are many good restaurants to choose from and staff are friendly and helpful.Guest review byanneFrance

Rooms get quite warm due to the location of the town but there is a well working A/C in the rooms. Breakfast in the uppermost story with a nice terrace overlooking the town and river. Parking in front of the hotel was difficult in the afternoon (only two parking spots for the hotel that are also used by non-hotel guests) but very easy in the evening! The houses are new, immaculate, spacious and well designed with really comfortable beds. A bonus was being able to park a one minute walk from the house. The hotel covers a huge area, much of which is still being refined and developed.
