Very good option for solo traveller looking for cheap accomodation. Nice typical house in quiet area. Single room was small, but very well planned with lots of shelves. Friendly English speaking hostess and her lovely daughter. Nice kitchen and garden. Bus station (4-5 zloty to Zakopane) and popular restaurant nearby.

Very nice place with beautiful environment. Tasty breakfast with variuous dishes to choose. Personal was friendly. Room was clean and comfortible with all necessary things in it. Nice place for children to play near the hotel. A nice place wich much peace and fresh air. View to the mountais was wery beautiful.

The staff is exceptional and very attentive to their guests. The facilities are well proportioned to the number of guests—not too small that they feel cramped or too big that they feel lost. The hotel feels complete, and the design, finish and services are well thought through. The location of the hotel is away from the main road, which is excellent because there is no road noise or nosy onlookers.

    Poronin is a nice little town, far from Zakopane’s crowds so perfect for those looking for a quiet place. Zakopane is only 10 to 15 minutes drive from Poronin so it’s easy to get there entertained if needed. However, having own car in Poronin is a must as public transport is not great.

    Poronin as a town is used by most as a cheaper alternative...

    Poronin as a town is used by most as a cheaper alternative to Zakopane. I am no exception. I like this town to spend the nights, since it's definitely quieter than Zakopane. And I do care for a good night sleep, where the only sounds from the outside are sheep bells and roosters. Still, it's close enough to allow getting onto trails of Tatra Mountains National Park or to one of spa or swimming locations in nearby towns. Although my transport of choice was the car, so I cannot speak for those who take the bus. Even with car, getting to Zakopane might be a hassle though, as "Zakopianka" often gets congested, so it's good to accomodate extra time to get to places. Especially if you aren't an early bird.

    The apartment is newly furnished and located on the ground floor. It is extremely clean, and the shower is very comfortable. You can park your car in a private courtyard, which is a great bonus. The location is ideal: although it's in a quiet area, it's very convenient for reaching Zakopane. The Poronin Misiagi train station is just 200 meters away, and you can get to your destination in only 5 minutes. The host is very kind and helpful, which will make your stay even more pleasant.

    Great location, superb facilities, excellent host.. I can't recommend this place enough. It was spotlessly clean,warm, and comfortable,It's 8km from Zakopane, and the local train station is a 5-minute walk away,there's a few shops in the village for your basic needs.We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves and thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and salt grotto.We're definitely going back and would recommend this place to anyone.

    The apartments are very beautiful, cozy and comfortable. They have everything you can possibly need. Host was very kind and welcoming. Place was very well- located, everything was close with a car. We really enjoyed staying here and if coming to Zakopane again, definately staying here again!

    Great size for a family of five. Large, comfortable beds and good bedding. Nothing felt cheap. The views of the mountains were better than expected as we chose this location as a midway point between Bukowina and zakopane itself.
