The breakfast was execeptional! Great variety, it was the highlight of my stay. Security is big in the hotel. There in a mall across the street, not much around. But i was surprised how beautiful the hotel is for the value i paid.

I like how I was amazed by the aesthetics of the hotel. The overall quality service and how polite the staff are… they will bow down just to greet you which is quite a great feeling specially to my kababayans. Roger, who helped me alot when i faced a problem where my card is not being accepted and provided me suggestions to complete the booking! Will definitely come back soon.

Everything, this is an exceptional hotel with wow level of customer service. We’ve stayed in most of Cebu’s hotels and this one is #1. Amazing customer service, room presentation, room quality, gym, spa, and restaurant at breakfast was above 5 stars if that’s possible. They have around the clock bus service to the airport and can set up customer taxis as well. Highly recommend Nustar.
