Close to the ports and very close to shops, markets, restaurants and airport. Very clean and the facilities were very easy to manage to get to use. Staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable, very helpful to talk to each individual. Breakfast was amazing and delicious to eat.

The best hospitality I’ve ever experienced in the Philippines! The team was incredibly kind and helpful—they assisted me with everything, including booking attractions in Boracay. Me and my wife book the 4 day stay-cation in Paragon Suites hotel and could not be more satisfied. Hotel is small but beautifully renovated with amazing family atmosphere feel which I really enjoyed. The hotel manager, receptionists and also other staff members are very friendly and helpful in all ways - services, advice best activities etc.. The entry to beach is only few steps from the hotel, as well as the 7\11 store, restaurants and souvenir stores :) We highly recommend this facility to everybody coming to stay in Boracay.

A special thanks to Mr.Dan for his professional, genuine, and very kind hospitality. We had some issues with 3rd party logistics service provider and Mr Dan was very prompt to take all the actions and made our stay as great as possible. Thank you! Staff is always smiling and welcoming. Security is always on duty and its very safe. Breakfast is very yummy and special thanks to Mr Mico for his great service in the restaurant. He was always attentive and very quick. Wifi and tv works well. Improvement for housekeeping as he had started cleaning and vacuuming the upper floor at 6:30 am, but he immediately stopped when i walked upstairs.

Caticlan is a small community mostly used for by travelers to ferry between the mainland and Boracay. If you so happen to stay longer then there are tours into the hills. At the Port there is a bank, 7/11, pharmacy and many other stores. Also a high volume of security personnel. Very safe place. To get around you can walk like I did or take a trike for virtually no cost. (There is a cost obviously).

The staff were exceptional! Their smiles & service were amazing. Hotel wasn’t far from the airport and was at the port so woke to amazing sea views. The Rooftop restaurant is an added bonus with again amazing staff and service. Before heading out to Boracay we explored the town. Loved it

The staff, cabana king room, and facilities (pool and bar) were incredible. The food coming out of the kitchen was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend UNWND! We stayed for 1 night before flying out of Caticlan Airport. It was so enjoyable that we could’ve stayed longer.

The staff were very helpful especially as there was a storm and no more hotels available in town. There was no electricity due to the storm but the staff took us in and fed us. Luckily the electricity back on.
