Amazing experience. Super cool system with check-in and online keys - loved it (never had this anywhere before). Super friendly stuff. Great central location and close to the bus station. Good bonus - got a free update for a king suit with a beautiful view. Super clean and absolutely stunning design. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Loved absolutely everything, from the well thought out design to the comfortable bed. The view from the bathtubs and even the ability to Bluetooth your own music through the room. The staff were extremely helpful from the moment I made the booking. Even organised a platter to be brought down to us to enjoy with our complimentary bottle of wine.

Steve and Jackie are wonderful hosts. The Villa is perfectly sited between the centre and the Botanic Gardens and is a beautifully maintained classic building. The rooms are spacious and our bed was very comfortable. There's air con if needed. One of the highlights was breakfast, which was tasty, and an opportunity to have a chat with other travellers at round the communal tables with plentiful supplies of tea and coffee.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very comfortable. We arrived exhausted after travelling from the UK and much appreciated that they had a room ready for us at 11.00am. Also, a shout out to the lovely taxi driver Mani,organised by the hotel to take us to the station.
