I went to Amersfoort for some work related trainings and seeing that this was a business trip, unfortunately we had a very limited time to explore the surroundings, however, one of the great advantages of this hotel was that it was exactly in the city center. You cannot be more in the city center than this :). First great impression was from the staff who were really friendly and helpful, always smiling and actually took the time to write "welcome" on my card key holder in my native language! I know it might not feel as much but it's the little things and that attention to details that I really appreciate. The room was cozy and the only things that was missing were a pair of slippers (I forgot to take my own) and the shower gel, but it wasn't a problem because I always bring mine along. To be honest, I think the cleaning staff just forgot to refill it and I could of just asked. Another great thing is that you are 5 min away walking distance from a good supermarket with reasonable prices (Coop) and of course other places like Starbucks, Taco Bell, McDonalds etc. For us it didn't matter because the hotel has a very nice and cozy pub with reasonable prices and good food, also a lot of vegetarian options if you're into that. Even though the pub gets a bit noisy, I hardly heard any noise in my room and was able to sleep very well. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and positive attitude, please never change because this is the main thing that makes this experience special! Hope I will come back soon, this time for a well deserved vacation!

    Actually, Staffs are not helping.

    Actually, Staffs are not helping. The shampoo is running out, they don't give a new one next to the pool. After check out I needed a dryer for my son's hair They didn't give me a hair dryer. At 6 pm they switch off the coffee machine and remove the tea from the desk. Also After breakfast, they removed again coffee and Tea again. When I told them about coffee, the old lady with red hair and glasses was very rude and scolded. If someone asks me about their hotel, I will tell them about my experiences.

    Beautiful location set in woodland and gardens. The restaurant and bar were attractive and serving good food. Complimentary tea/coffee was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were warm, spacious and very comfortable. Bike hire was ideal in the location, and we cycled to nearby villages and Soest dunes. Was easy to get there by train from Schipol airport to Hilversum Sportpark, and then by bus directly to the hotel.

    Lovely outside area of the hotel, coffee corner. Staff was very helpful, making sure that a cot was made availble to us, providing us with a bottle of water during the evening and telling us about the coffee corner.
