Beautiful room on the 16th floor facing the park, wonderful views day and night. Large king room with hot water galore. Fantastic staff all around and delicious breakfast options and plenty of them. Nothing but amazing time at the grand fiesta as a first time stay. Will come again

Beautiful new hotel in a very cool (a bit off the main route) neighborhood. The room is spacious, the bed is huge and comfy, it is really clean. it is quiet and only a short 10-15 min walk to the 'main' area where restaurants are. convenience stores are on the every corner and open nonstop. it is very safe to walk around there.

We are well seasoned travelers and don’t gush over properties as much as we use to, but this is the exception. This property had so many great things going for it. The location is wonderful, right in the middle of Polanco. Upscale beauty yet quiet and inviting. First your met by a 24 hour guard. We were met by Jose Luis. Friendly and so helpful. We were shown our room which was fantastic. It is spacious yet cozy. The king size bed was so comfortable and had luxurious bedding sheets and pillows. A mini fridge in the room was such an added bonus. The bathroom is part of the room but it was equipped with mirrored glass so privacy isn’t an issue. The shower had rainfall shower head but great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The product provided, shampoo and shower soap were of good quality. If you need conditioner or body lotion bring your own…I always do because I prefer my own brands. Towels were great size and quality. A great little thing that we hadn’t seen before was the tv was behind a smoked mirror. It didn’t interfere with watching the tv, yet aesthetically was a great feature. Plenty of places to unpack and a small desk too. The property grounds are immaculate and a small area is provided with a coffee machine and hot water for a morning cup of tea. We were steps away from a plethora of restaurants and shops and the parks and museums. We will return gladly over and over to Casa Amari.

pastries, coffee and fruits were included as breakfast which was amazing. We ordered other plates at the restaurant and they were delicious too. The rooms were new and very clean. We even had a kitchen and small living room which was great to stay with our toddler.

Beautiful property with attention to every detail. Architecture and design are top-notch, breakfast was wonderful, bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Staff very kind and knowledgeable. Neighborhood is calm and cute.
