We had such a lovely stay here. Sadly, we only stayed one night, but it was a really great experience. Isaac, the manager, and the other guys were incredibly kind and helpful, they assisted us with everything we needed. We even had some great conversations about traveling in other countries. The place was very clean, the rooms were spacious and had air conditioning, and the bathroom looked great. If you’re in Cancún, this is a place I totally recommend. It’s located in a residential area, so if you’re traveling by car like us, you can feel confident your car is totally safe at night. Isaac, thank you for the warm welcome, we truly enjoyed our stay!

I really liked the location; it was centrally located and very close to the entrance to the Hotel Zone. It's a quiet and comfortable place. Very spacious.

We absolutely loved our stay. Roberto was a very welcoming host (which was very nice after our long travels!). There’s a supermarkt right across the street and Roberto can help you to get to ADO (or anywhere else) so the location is great too.

We had a flight delay of 25 hours and this hotel was just perfect for the wait before returning to the UK. The hotel rooms were gorgeous and comfy. Loved using the pool on the roof top, and the burger and chips was delicious. Highly recommend this stay. free 5 min shuttle transfers to the airport courtesy of the hotel was quick with no problems. Had a lovely driver called Jhonn Alexander Rom. Who was ever so helpful. Thank you Hilton for making our stay stress free. X
