The hotel is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was immaculate with stunning views of the sea. Unfortunately since it’s low season,the outdoor pools weren’t working but they have a fantastic indoor pool and hydrotherapy. I came for my birthday and I was suppressed with a cute dessert set up, a bottle of wine and a room upgrade.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Xara Palace. Great location in an authentic luxurious building, decorated with respect its history. The room was impeccable and provided great comfort with outstanding beds. The breakfast was exquisite, being served in the restaurant overlooking the great landscape. We had dinner at the Medina restaurant, affiliated to the hotel and situated in the center of Medina. A great spot with excellent Maltese food. All staff were great, but special thanks to Matthias from front desk who has been really authentic in making our stay such a great memory.

    great location for hikes on the cliffs good local restaurants offering rural dishes and local wine close to bus stop, need to keep in mind that the location is rather secluded so if you don`t have your own transport you should duly check the bus schedule
