The room: The view is absolutely stunning. Rooms are clean, big TV,  amazing mirrors and big showers. Super comfy beds, great AC, great pillows. The pool was amazing as well. Having a cold cocktail on a hot summer day, with that amazing of a view while hanging out at the edge of the pool. Out of world experience. Everyone was super kind and accommodating, breakfast was the best I've ever had. So many options for everyone. Djuro was very helpful with our trip planning, he is a real asset. All in all, one absolutely wonderful experience. Sadly, I had a spinal injury that prevented me to fully enjoy everything Kotor had to offer, so as soon as I get a chance, I am coming back. Can't wait.

wow this property and staff were incredible. the water front view, you can walk to nearby restaurants, and park and drive pretty easily. the rooms were also big, air conditioned, and the bathrooms had been recently updated. they have a good bar, breakfast is included and the food was great. we were very happy with our stay and wouldn’t change anything with the property in addition the staff was exceptional. they made the trip - anticipated needs we didn’t know we had, like bringing a table out when we had a drink by the water, carrying chairs out and ensuring we had proper shade, dinner reservations, anything and everything we needed. we were extremely happy and would highly recommend. finally, the Wi-Fi worked well and we were glad to have it. we FaceTimed home etc with no problem

The town is blessed by a glorious setting, the emerald green bay with steep mountains as a dramatic backdrop. The town itself is graced with more stylish Venetian palazzos that you can shake a stick at. But Kotor also suffers from the curse of colossal cruise ships, which can flood the tiny town with hundreds of tourists at once, even in October. There are lovely walks either side of the bay with cafes that have the most scenic views imaginable. It's a good way to get away from the crowds and to enjoy the spectacular panorama. If I had my time again, I would spend three nights in Kotor instead of six and spend at least two nights in Perast, an improbably picturesque spot.

Lovely place that can get very busy when boats are in the dock. It has small streets and this can sometimes be difficult to walk down when thousands of people descend on the city! The surroundings are gorgeous, with some lovely food to be found. The people are very friendly and helpful too. There are numerous people selling boats trips to Perast and other places -- definitely worth it. It is on the pricey side and, because it's quite touristy, there's a lot of ways money is forced out of you. Beware: There's no Uber or Bolt or anything like that, so taxis can charge what they like. They try and charge 15 euros to walk up to the fort (there is a longer way around that is free). Every cash machine charges 5 euros to take any money out, so take some with you, or take large amounts out.

Beautiful old town, essential to take a boat trip along the bay to view the majestic mountains. The cable car is also a great activity, not only do you get a view of Kotor Bay but when you get to the top there is a lot to explore. The roads are very busy so it takes a while to get around. Essential to book a taxi before you arrive at the airport as the taxis from there are very expensive. Absolutely amazing scenery. Very busy old town as cruise liners arrive daily.

The Bay of Kotor is stunning.

The Bay of Kotor is stunning. The Old Town is lovely to walk around. Just time your visit to the old town to avoid the cruise ships!. The cable car is a experience you and get the tickets & the shuttle bus from the bus station, the price is 30 euros pp which includes shuttle & cable car. If you need a taxi to take you home from the old town is costs 10 euros, agree a price with the driver.

Definitely the best hotel we stayed in the Balkans! The staff is super nice and polite, the room is very comfortable, clean and has an amazing view. The location is also good, not too close to Kotor Old Town (5 km), which was good in my opinion, because the city center is has too much traffic. The hotel restaurant is also very good (both breakfast and dinner) - a special thanks to Angela who was super helpful, nice and gave us great suggestions for food, drinks and what to do in the city! Me and my wife absolutly loved staying at Adiya!

It was extremely hot during our stay and the place had excellent air con. It was also really close to sea, a supermarket and a stroll into kotor old town. Shower pressure was excellent. You could walk to anywhere from the apartment. Hosts were very helpful. Vladana arranged airport transfers which were on time and good value. We were worried they wanted us to pay cash in case it was a scam but it was all fine. Montenegro prefers cash.

Very nice small apart-hotel in the heart of Kotor old town. İt brand new, very well designed, very clean (I am tricky about cleaning), and the room was very clean. The room has small kitchen. The host Jovan is very helpful and hospitable. Responded to all our requests, helped us with the taxis. İt is a perfect place if you want to stay in old town of Kotor.
