The service from the hotel staff was outstanding. The Guest Relations Manager Nihal provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We received a text message from her as soon as we landed in Casablanca and she welcomed us at the hotel, offered us tea, and showed us to our room. After checkout she also reached out to make sure we were fully satisfied. I was very impressed by the care of Nihal and the rest of the staff. Even the shuttle drivers were outstanding and prompt!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted us and arranged a local taxi for our early morning flight (which was the main reason for my stay) at the most reasonable price in the area. The apartment itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, with modern and new furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Its location is also great, close to cozy coffee shops and mini markets. I’ve booked many places through Booking, but this is the very first time I’ve given a full 10/10 in every category.

Was a lovely and elegant stay - the pool area was so relaxing and the staff were so kind they brought out tea and cookies. Loved seeing the peacocks roaming around while enjoying the tea. They were so accommodating to the point of bringing a tray of breakfast before my early departure to the airport (they also arranged the transport there and recommended when I should get there). I would absolutely stay here again. The dinner and breakfast meals were wonderful as was the staff - thank you again!
