We stayed for two nights at this beautiful Riad and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They welcomed us with warmth and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious — both the breakfasts and the dinner we had were full of flavor and made with care. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and everything was very clean and pleasant. The entire team was extremely friendly, and we especially want to highlight Ayoub, who treated us exceptionally well throughout our stay. He was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The team went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, even helping us print our boarding passes. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely come back! Many thanks to everyone at Amira!!

Very beautiful Riad. Comfortable bed and pillows. Dinner was a little bit expensive for what you get but compensated with the decoration inside.

Location, breakfast, staff and room. All was more than perfect. Parking was very easy, just use parking Bab Jdid is at the end of the medina , it is very easy and safe to park there. The breakfast was really good and a good variety and fresh food. The room was quite large with good air-conditioning and the bathroom was really clean.

Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. We couldn’t have had better hosts. So welcoming! This recently restored Riad in the quieter but very interesting Jewish quarter was fully decorated in Moroccan style by local artisans. We were particularly grateful for the airconditioned room and the cool sitting/dining area. Our hosts catered to all our food preferences and gave us all the information and practical help we needed to make the most of our stay in Fes.

A young lady named Noura at the reception was very welcoming & ensured that my stay was pleasant & comfortable. She helped me at the time of troubleshooting too.
