Amazing location, right next to Talsi Lake. We spent half of the Night just watching the Fountain out of our windows. Parking right next to the door, and big garden that you can use. The owner was exceptionaly friendly, so we will visit again.

This place is all about the sauna. The sauna is the real deal. Absolutely fantastic. The host leaves firewood and kindle ready in the oven, so it takes less than 1h to warm up. There's plenty of extra firewood as well. The room is generally good, yet simple (basic Ikea furniture all around). There is some instant coffee and tea and a kettle. The entrance is separate from the main house, so it feels private. Good for a single night or weekend stay. It's all about the sauna.
