The host is very friendly and attentive. The cabin is pointed towards the lake, there are no curtains on the windows. The cabin is equipped with a pellet boiler. My stay was in April when it was close to 0 degrees outside and it was 21 degrees inside with the boiler on. It’s about 1.2 km walk to Padures manor. The stay was lovely, will be returning!

Unique example of eclectic interior or bohemian chic, definitely worth checking out! Extremely cosy home, great host. Location next to Kuldiga worth exploring. Place for grill outside and lots of seating areas. I was truly surprised and excited to stay at this property.

this little house in the heart of the forest and the lake is a magical place. everything is thought out for an incredible stay. the decoration is very pretty. the bay window overlooking the lake allows you to immerse yourself in nature. We are on our bike tours for 10 days now and we stayed in the last two days in there. So far this place was the best flat we stayed during our tour. Initially we reserved it for one night but the flat was so comfortable that we stayed one more day extra to skip the rain. The host is very nice, he allowed us to check in earlier and later on he checked on us with SMS if all is good. He left a little surprise in the friedge for us as well which I found it heart warming.😉 The bed is comfortable however when you turn around on it it squeak abit but not too much that stops you from sleeping. The curtains make the room dark enough that morning light does not wakes you up. Shower was slso excellent. The water pressure with the hot water takes away your exhaustion. The location is very quite and no car noise. The appartement has everything you need to feel home and entertained such as DVDs, guitar and tv. Kitchen is well equipped and there are detergent for wash machine. Overall we loved our stay there. 😀
