Very friendly and accommodating. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Our flight was very early so we arrived many hours before check in, they welcomed us with a smile and worked very hard to get us a room ready. Nothing was too much and I would recommend.

We initially chose Ayana Beach Hotel because of its proximity to the airport and planned to explore Colombo city during our stay. However, from the moment we arrived, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere completely captured us, and we found ourselves happily spending most of our time at the hotel instead. We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from Colombo’s busy streets, offering the perfect escape for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility. A special thanks to Khalil, who was extremely helpful, kind, and hardworking, meeting him was truly a pleasure. The rest of the staff were amazing too. The food was absolutely delicious; we never felt the need to dine anywhere else. All in all, Ayana Beach Hotel is the perfect choice for a peaceful and memorable stay near Colombo!

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made my stay special. I'm honored to be the very first customer in this amazing room. My recent stay at Hatch House was the perfect fusion of comfort and functionality during a business trip to Colombo. Opting for an overnight stay to accommodate a series of meetings and a desire to work late into the night, Hatch House provided an ideal setting, sparing me the hassle of hopping between cafes or the bustle of coworking spaces. Hatch House lived up to its promise of high-speed internet, a crucial factor for my work requirements. The generous desk/ledge extending along half a wall provided ample workspace, offering a quiet and dedicated environment for focused work. While the room provides basics for tea and coffee, it's important to note that only one water bottle is provided daily. If you require additional supplies, 'Glomark' on the ground floor is a convenient option for purchasing essentials. Concerning dining options, there's a Barista on-site, and they offer room service upon request. Hatch House also recently opened a new restaurant and bar. For a broader culinary experience, consider using Uber Eats to order from a variety of Colombo's top restaurants if the hotel's options don't meet your preferences. What keeps me coming back (7 times and counting) is the consistent service. Anthony and the front desk team are on point, always ready to assist. Highly recommended!

We booked the whole hotel, all 4 rooms. So we had a lot of privacy and the swimming pool to ourselves. The pool is large and incredibly clean. The owner Damith (Dani) is very friendly and Pobudu cooks very tasty and delicious food. We ate breakfasts and late lunches in the accommodation. The location suited us, as we have visited Sri Lanka 3 times in the past... The sea/ocean is not suitable for swimming but that's okay, there is a large swimming pool.

    It was good for 1 night stay as we arrived early hours in the morning. The family room was huge with plenty of space for 4 (with one being on the sofa bed with the mattress on the floor). The hotel is a bit dated but clean & quiet. The staff were very friendly. We seem to be the only guests and the manager was kind enough to let us checkout late. He also arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport. We didn't use the pool or any other facilities.

    This is a lovely hotel, very modern with welcoming staff. It is much nicer than your average ‘close to the airport, the hotel. We could have happily stayed several nights. We were late for breakfast and the lovely staff accommodated this without a murmur and gave us fruit, omelette, coffee and toast - perfect. The room was a good size, very nice bathroom and comfy bed. The swimming pool is superb and appeared spotless.

    Great stay. The manager of the hotel picked us at the airport early in the morning, great service! The room was clean and cozy with great view. Beds where soft and nights were silent (no noise from surroundings). The manager can arrange almost everything. Transport to Colombo by TukTuk or wherever you want by car. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

    The rooms were so big and super clean. Wake up in the morning with the sound of the waves of the ocean is incredible. The Staff super welcome and available for any need, the responsable was super kind and organised for us also several tours. I really appreciated that, we also taken a dinner in the hotel one night. Everything so good.
