This place was absolutely breathtaking—truly a dream! The house, designed by the host, was just as stunning. You can immediately tell they have incredible taste. Wow! The hosts were beyond kind and welcoming. They gave us a tour of their garden, and it was nothing short of magical. If you can name a fruit or vegetable, they grow it! Breakfast was a feast—fresh, flavorful, and straight from the garden. Every bite was pure joy! All in all, this stay was unforgettable. Before we left, we each planted a durian tree, and we can’t wait to come back in a few years to see it grow. If you're looking for a special place to stay, this is it!

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in recently. We were warmly welcomed with a traditional drum & song routine performed by the wonderful staff. The room was so comfortable, had everything we needed and a full mini bar included in the rate. The hotel facilities were great and absolutely spotless. The food was exceptional and the service outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends & family.

Staff was very attentive. Nice large room, very large bathroom, hot water had the best pressure we got in 14 different places in Sri Lanka. Comfy bed. Very good value for money.

The location and the view that we saw from the cottage. The breakfast was English but made well, we also had dinner one night at the cottage and the food exceeded our expectations, being a vegetarian it was a bliss to have variety of vegetables ❤️

We would give 15 out of 10 if it is possible. Place is very nice, clean, comfortable. We were group of 5 and used 2 rooms, both were great. Young couple who runs this place are very nice, helpful. We also had breakfast in guest house and it was fresh and tasty. View from the house is something special. House is out of center but with tuk tuk you will need no more than 5 minutes. We slept very good due to fresh air and calmness.

One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant, which offers panoramic views of the city and surrounding hills. The food served here is a delightful fusion of local and international cuisines, prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the traditional Sri Lankan dishes, which were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is also a major plus. Just a short walk from the bustling streets of Kandy, it offers a peaceful and tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. It is also conveniently located near many popular attractions, such as the Temple of the Tooth Relic and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Overall, I cannot recommend the Sky Lodge enough. From its stunning design, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service, to its delicious food and prime location, it truly exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting Kandy for business or pleasure, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

I had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner was also very welcoming. I ordered a meal during my stay and it was delicious. The hotel is located right in the middle of the city, which made it very convenient. Highly recommend!
