The place is fantastic. The room is spacious and has all the amenities you need. Small fridge, kettle tea coffee. There is water in the bedroom as well. We had an amazing stay. They can accommodate for dinner. The food was absolutely delicious and all home made. They offer tours to Yala park as well and it's definitely worth it we had one of the best guides.

Booking a stay at the Elegant Lake House is a full service experience. Randy, a nature enthusiast, is very knowledgeable and passionate. All the reviews and photos are 100% accurate. Randy and his family truly take pleasure in pleasing their guests. We stayed 3 nights and were fed delicious and nutritious meals prepared by Teshara (wife) and her mother. From the moment I entered the property, this place exceeded my expectations. Gamunu and his family run it. We were welcomed by his daughter with a fresh king coconut drink and she quickly helped us check in. Gamunu was checking on us throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable and for anything we wanted. This room has everything you need in this type of property and has a large balcony with amazing views of Debarawewa Lake. The location is ideal for exploring the area and visiting nearby attractions. Debarawewa lake is a great place to walk or drive around, and Tissa Lake is nearby. Our schedule doesn't allow us to try out the food at this property, but we'll come back again.
