We just left the most wonderful hotel ran by the sweetest loveliest people and I wish we could have stayed for a whole month at least. If you’re hesitating whether to book this stay or not, book it right now! Where to begin: The location is magical, located by the sea with stunning views and an overall calmness that surrounds the area. The beach (with private hotel access) is gorgeous and with direct views to pigeon island. The sunrises and sunsets at CBeyond feel out of this world as they’re so beautiful. The pool is great and so inviting, perfect for an afternoon dip. The hotel is stunning; the decoration in the shared areas such as the living room, dining room and porch is tasteful. Our room was so spacious, with loads of natural light and the most breathtaking views to the coast. The bathroom is well equipped and the shower has great water pressure (this is quite important to me). The bedroom has a gorgeous private balcony with a couple of lounge chairs where I’ve been sitting to watch the sunrise (very recommendable), bed is big and very comfortable. The breakfast served in the mornings is the best breakfast I’ve ever had, no joke. The fruit platter is fresh and delicious, the pancakes and french toast very delectable but the cherry on top are curry’s. Lunch and dinner are also great and very tasty! Saving the best for last: the personnel running the hotel. I have never experienced such wonderful treatment like this before; they all have been so kind, lovely and helpful. Went above & beyond every time we had any inquiry and were so nice about it - we had some problems with our tuktuk and they took care of it. We celebrated a birthday here and they made the day feel 10 times more special!! Eric & co have been so lovely, they made our stay here so memorable, it’s going to be impossible to top. Thank you all so much for your kindness, we hope to come back really soon!!

The best place for a relaxed holiday at the beach. Everything is perfect, it is all in the details…. The maintenance is excellent. The owners wife is French so you can feel it in the interiors. The wide beach is spotless clean, they check it every day. Next to a cute fisherman place with little boats. Lovely garden. The swimming pool is very cute. The food is very good. The chefs worked in 5 star hotels. They can arrange tuk tuk and different tours ( they do not charge commission). Thank you for this little paradise!

We stayed at Avila Nilaveli Beach and were absolutely delighted! The villa is small but very fresh, cozy, and clean — everything feels well-maintained and new. The staff were wonderful — kind, attentive, and always willing to help. They had their own set breakfast, but we sometimes asked for additional things, and they happily prepared them for us. Everything they made was truly delicious. Coffee or tea was always served with breakfast, on time and with care. One especially lovely gesture: before our departure, they prepared a dish with okra just for me, showed me how they cook it — it felt like a mini cooking class! And then they packed it up for me to take with us. It was such a warm and thoughtful touch. We also felt very safe and well looked after, as someone from the staff was always around and available if we needed anything. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for two weeks, and we enjoyed it very much. The pool is not big but we spent a lot of time in it and liked it very much. Often a good option when the sea was too wavy or to change a bit for a nice chilled swim. The beach was awesome, literally at your doorstep 😊 and the sea was super clean. Perfect for swimming safely, flat sea or few waves at times but nothing to compromise your safety (and there always people around, also from the staff) 🏊🩳☀️ The restaurant was okay, but there are few excellent options also in Nilaveli town just 1 to 2km away, if one wants to change and try something different. There are many options for excursions, dolphins watching and if you're lucky as we were also spot some whales, coral and pigeon island etc The location was safe, even though a bit "isolated", it's literally 1km from the main street with shops restaurants and also tuk tuks always available to move around for your needs. That's just what we needed, a nice break from everything! If I had to add something, it would be a fridge in the room to have cold drinks at all times. Other than that, perfect stay! The staff was also very friendly and always available for any requests. We made some good friends during these 2 weeks stay. A special thank you to Sajee, Kumar, Abi, Tharanga and Desman. Thanks for everything, we will definitely be back 🙏❤️🇱🇰
