1) The place was clean and tidy! 2) The Wi-Fi worked well! 3) The kitchen was fully equipped with essentials like a microwave, a large fridge (with no strange odors), and an electric stove—amenities you usually don’t find in hotels! 4) Each room had its own private bathroom! (The only downside was the lack of a water heater in the shower, but the owner mentioned they're installing it soon!) 5) The air conditioning was excellent! 6) The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious! 7) The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful!

One of my all-time favorite hotels that I've ever stayed at! Everything about it was exceptional – from the staff to the breakfast, the spa, pool, and gym. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, whether you're visiting Colombo for business or holiday. I really enjoyed my second stay there and pretty sure there will be a third time also :)

We loved everything at Sheraton. The room was beautifully decorated to welcome us for our honeymoon. Thanks to the Front Office Manager and whole team. You made our stay memorable:-) The food was excellent. The spa beautiful decorated with professional therapist. Thanks to the young lady who took care of me. We enjoyed the roof top with great music and delicious cocktail. We are planning every year to renew our vows.

I was incredibly happy with my stay, it was very clean, beutifully designed, very nice staff, quick and cheap room service, nice facilities and overall good stay. Also as a woman travelling alone a perfect stay. Good food also and nice fresh fruit juices.
