We stayed at the hotel for 3 days with my adult children. We particularly appreciated the efficiency and kindness of the hotel staff. We would especially like to thank Travis, Naveen, and Vinishya; their advice and assistance allowed us to fully enjoy our stay at the Crown Regency and also allowed us to visit the many places of interest around Badulla.

The food was really tasty and their hotel has a good view of the nature aswell. They are really fast with communication and even came to pick us up as our vehicle had issues with driving. Overall one of the best hotel i have stayed so far. We recommend to try the food from the hotel. We took the dinner and breakfast. Would love to stay here for the next visit too!

perfect for people on the pekoetrail, was probably the best bed I had in three months in Sri Lanka. shower was really hot. food was good and it was really quite even though its proximity with the railway station. 10/10
