The view from the room is the best, the room itself is spacious and very clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows, combined with a sound of the waves good sleep is guaranteed. :) There is also good and comfortable bathroom. Breakfast is plenty and different every day. Fast Wi-Fi and a lovely working area on the last floor overlooking the seaside. In the hotel there is their own beach part and for those who surf a nice spot right there. The board rental is also next door. In the evening you can see sea creatures like big crabs and sometimes turtles coming to the beach! The family who runs this place is extremely nice and made our stay there amazing.

After staying at many small Sri Lankan independent hotel / guest houses, from the very north to the south this is undoubtedly the best. One of 2 reviews from me as most other being average: This place is perfectly run, perfectly maintained, great pool and great breakfasts! The evening restaurant offers a mix of Italian and Sri Lankan dishes and after a few weeks traveling nothing beats a homemade Lasagna with a glass of Red! The Beach at 2 mins away is also nr perfect. Even with the rough seas experienced on this coast there is a northern corner that is calm enough to enjoy a good swim. Well done team and Gaby, you run a great establishment. I hope to return with many friends. T

We had a lovely room overlooking the small garden and long beach. A great position. The beach was ideal for walking and the surf perfect for beginners upwards. The breakfast was terrific , the staff super friendly and facilities on point.

I absolutely loved staying at the villa! The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. 1)Mirissa Beach 2) Madiha and Polhena beach 3) Kamburugamuwa beach 4) coconut tree hill The villa itself was superb — spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space, with its stunning views, breakfast was superb, was especially amazing. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the amenities to the service, truly made it a memorable experience." If you're planning a down-south tour, I highly recommend staying at this villa.
