I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sky Lodge in Kandy, Sri Lanka and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the surrounding hills. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a modern and elegant aesthetic. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, a sleek bathroom, and all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the large windows in my room, which allowed for plenty of natural light and provided a breathtaking view of the landscape. The staff at the Sky Lodge truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always courteous, attentive, and ready to assist with any request or query I had. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or simply ensuring that I had everything I needed, their level of service was exceptional. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant, which offers panoramic views of the city and surrounding hills. The food served here is a delightful fusion of local and international cuisines, prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the traditional Sri Lankan dishes, which were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is also a major plus. Just a short walk from the bustling streets of Kandy, it offers a peaceful and tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. It is also conveniently located near many popular attractions, such as the Temple of the Tooth Relic and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Overall, I cannot recommend the Sky Lodge enough. From its stunning design, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service, to its delicious food and prime location, it truly exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting Kandy for business or pleasure, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Great stay here, spacious room with a great balcony. For dinner they served a 3 course meal, well executed. Location is awesome, the view from the pool over the hills and valleys is wild and it wasn't far to Kandy City which I found a bit hectic, so it was nice to escape back to the more natural setting at the hotel. They had a naturalist here, who took us on a morning walk through the pekoe trail and imparted so much knowledge of the local plant & wildlife. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends travelling through Sri Lanka.

My stay at Bellwood Hills Hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, with stunning views from the room. The highlight of each day was definitely the breakfast – fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious. There was a wide variety to choose from, including local specialties, fresh fruits, pastries, and perfectly brewed coffee. It was the kind of breakfast that made you want to sit a little longer and just enjoy the moment. I would return in a heartbeat!

We had an unforgettable experience at Blue Waters Edge Kandy. The view of the river was absolutely breathtaking, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with luxury touches—plus the AC worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The food was so delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended

What a wonderful stay we had in this place!!! They view is sooo stunning!!! One thing that also really impressed us is the food! One of the best we tried so far and dreaming about having some again! Staff is really sweet and helpful! I would really recommend this to anyone looking for an escape! Really recommend to get a scooter for rent so you can get to Kandy.

Everything. It was the perfect escape for some much needed relaxation. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Special mention for Nana who took us on a tour of the organic garden where most (if not all) the restaurant food is grown on site. A wealth of knowledge from this man, explaining all the health benefits of each plant. The food was exquisite, so compliments to the chefs and kitchen. The dining experience was made by the manager Heradh, who was so enthusiastic and funny. We thoroughly enjoyed his warm nature. It was also our introduction to Ayurveda which made our entire Sri Lankan trip that much more enjoyable. There is an Ayurvedic doctor on site with whom you can meet with and she proscribes specific treatments tailored to your needs. Our therapists were also great, Mohamed and Tharanga both so warm, friendly and accommodating. This was one of our best stops on our Sri Lankan trip. Don’t rush this stay, we stayed 3 nights and we wish we had stayed longer.

Excellent location Need road leading to the htl be renovated. Breakfast can be improved including table arrangements and background soft music to add serene values. Food was so good and tasty Staff were superb and much caring and friendly with professional approach. Nice and wonderful place to be.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical! Perched atop a stunning hill surrounded by a lush forest, the hotel offered breathtaking views in every direction. Our room had windows on three sides, allowing us to witness the mesmerizing dance of the clouds right beside us—it felt like living in a dream. What made our experience even more special was the hotel's exceptional management. The owner, a distinguished aerospace engineer, took care of us like a caring brother, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The staff were incredibly polite, energetic, and kind, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Beyond the spectacular scenery and outstanding hospitality, we created some of the most beautiful family memories here. The tranquil atmosphere, combined with the warmth of the people, made this a truly unforgettable getaway. If you're looking for a place that offers both natural beauty and heartfelt hospitality, this hotel is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Fantastic new hotel, very unique interior design, stunning views from the terrace. We were super happy with everything and it was our favorite hotel during our entire trip to Sri Lanka. Jamaka was an amazing host and he really took good care of us. Food was amazing too.

Nalinda has an 3 bed room to rent to hikers and other visitors. He is attentionate and can have meals prepared. The place is about 25mn from the start/end of the pekoe trail stage but it's on the road so you may find a tuktuk to get you there.
