Beautiful cabana’s in a quiet and well maintained garden at almost a private bay. Great airco, ice cold private fridge in the room and even a fan on the terrace. Incredible friendly staff. Great food - breakfast jaffles and banana pancakes, curries and noodles for dinner and the delicious milkshakes

Our bungalow was very nice, comfortable with a great bathroom, and nice balcony and patio areas. The restaurant was amazing, really great food every meal we had, very healthy too. The pool was lovely, and all facilities were great. there were lots of toys and games which our children loved. WiFi was strong. The owners, and their young son were so welcoming, helpful and friendly, and so were all the staff. they all made our stay so nice. it was in a quiet location which was perfect, but an easy walk or drive into town along the beach or by road. we all miss stay golden, and hope we will be able to come again. Thank you!

I loved staying at Babar Point! The owners, Catherine and Michel were very welcoming and made sure we were taken care for the whole time we were there! Helped us arrange boards for surfing, scooters and drivers if needed a tuk tuk. They really made it feel like a home, which was so nice after a few days travelling around Sri Lanka. The bungalows are super comfortable and clean.

Spectacular sized room with enormous comfy bed, desk & comfy beanbag chairs, fridge & coffee/tea making facilities. Then on top a huge bathroom with wonderful shower plus an entire private enclosed garden. Then the pool was amazingly clean & all the staff super friendly & attentive. What's not to love!

This hotel is brand new, so everything feels clean, fresh, and modern. The facilities are excellent — each room has a lovely outdoor chill-out area, and the garden adds a nice relaxing touch. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The most amazing stay highly recommended!* ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at *Doppel Gangs* in Arugam Bay and had the most unforgettable experience. The hotel is in the *perfect location* close enough to the main road (just a 1-minute walk!) to access everything easily, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet without the crowds and noise. The hotel is *by far the cleanest* I’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka, with daily housekeeping that keeps everything fresh. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. There’s also a *really nice pool*, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the *incredible staff*, especially *Hibed*. We were a group of 8 girls and one boy, and from the moment we arrived, Hibed went *above and beyond* to make us feel safe, welcomed, and cared for. His kindness, thoughtfulness, and attentiveness were beyond anything we expected. He was always there to help whether it was organizing *tuk tuk rides* at *any time, to any place, with any notice*, fixing a ripped pair of pants with a local seamstress, or surprising us with freshly made yogurt. Every little thing he did added to the magic of our stay. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but I’ve *never* encountered a staff that had such a genuine impact on my overall experience. *Thank you, Doppel Gangs, for an incredible stay. We’ll never forget it.* Can't wait to come back!

I had an amazing stay at Seaware, I initially booked only for a few nights, but I ended up extending for 10 more days. Sam and his staff are great hosts they are always helpfull if you need anything, they have recently opened, so everything is brand new, and there iis also a Fish Spa on the top floor the only one in Arungambay! The rooms are spotless and spacious, and their traditional sri lankan breakfast is delicious! The location was perfect for me, the beach is one minute away, there is a mini market around the corner, and restaurants and bars are 2 mins walk, but at night it's very quite so you can rest if you go surfing in the morning. There is a nice surf break 5 mins away which Is not crowded, and you can also easily reach the Main Point surf break walking once you are at the beach, I will definetly come back next time!
