Everything was excellent — very comfortable and incredibly affordable. The rooms are cozy and traditionally styled, each with a private bathroom and shower. The host is exceptionally welcoming, and the breakfast is generous and delicious. There's also a lovely garden with tables where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Excellent central though quiet position. Very nice family of three generations. After breakfast I played some traditional games with sheep bones with the 10 year old boy of the owner. The boy speaks English amazingly well. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, decorated with traditional wallhangings and carpets. And they are heated as the nights get cold in October! Excellent restaurant in the park, 10 minutes walk away. Very efficient and friendly young guy leading the local CBT. At very short notice he made a mountain tour to a ruined Oirat buddhist site possible.

Everything! They welcomed us so so nicely and with such a family feeling, they made us dinner for the same night and their youngest daughter performed the typical dance. Breakfast was delicious, do try all the jams! Don’t miss out on this place

Our stay at the Maksat guesthouse was very lovely. We arrived quite late and our host made sure we had a warm and tasty dinner!! Also breakfast was delicious (she also offered us milk from her cow). The accommodation was cozy and we felt at home since the first moment. Super lovely host, would recommend if in the area!
