Beautiful 5 star hotel ambience with even more beautiful staff! Extremely professional and pleasant from each department. From the management, front desk/reception, security, housekeeping, both restaurant staff; each encounter was always a prompt and efficient. My family cannot thank the Dusit Princess Hotel team enough for making our stay exceptional we had extend our stay! We will most certainly return when in Nairobi again and have already shared with family and friends.

I liked everything from the start. The receptionists where amaizing and very helpful, same to security and waiters and waitresses... In general the Hotel stuff are the best. Am thankful to Yvonne with her patience when I checked in and I had issues with my card. And she also gave me an early offer which I could not resist. I would recommend to anyone who wants to come to Nairobi for leisure or business especially in CBD to come here. And the Sarit Centre being 5mins walk made lots of things easier and safe too. The breakfast is good too. Thank you!
