Great hotel! The room facilities were great - the massage chair was a nice surprise. The rooftop onsen was wonderful, and is actually larger than the photos make it look. The lounge with the ice pops outside the onsen was also nice. The happy hour in the guest lounge was a delight. We booked two rooms and the staff fulfilled our request of being near each other which was appreciated!

Very safe area and plenty of shopping store also department store, easy to find something to eat even late at night. Hotel so clean and staffs very friendly and helpful. My room is big enough.
