I was expecting the room to be teeny tiny, and while it was small, it was a lot more spacious than my husband and I were expecting. We didn't feel cramped at all - they make really good use of the space. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing. The best part of this hotel is of course, the fact that it also is a bookstore and cafe, which is open 24 hours for guests. As book lovers, this was the perfect oasis and was also extremely well located. A book lovers dream!

I liked that the gave a present kit to my kid for the hotel amenities, went several hotels around Japan and it was the first time, stayed for two nights but still they cleaned the room and brought new towels the next day. It was very close to Nagoya station and right next to hotel there is a convenient store.

Our stay was faultless and we absolutely loved the hotel Staff went above and beyond leaving us a note and small gift for our honeymoon Bed was soft which hasn’t been common in Japan and super comfortable Room was really beautiful and had a wonderful view of the city

Very nice and polite staff who helped us checked in and advise on the hotel. Rooms are clean and right sized. Breakfast selection was ok, with a good variety of drinks.
