Being very close to the train station helped after being stranded from heavy snowfall. This place offered a very comfortable experience after realizing my train wasn't going to make it to Tokyo. The onsite onsen and in house restaurant was the cherry on top.

Great Hotel, super friendly staff and quick check-in and check-out procedures (even when it’s crowded and fully booked). I had an awesome view over the harbor from the upper level and it was really quiet. What I really liked was the fact that you could choose your own pillow and aroma scent for a good nights sleep.
