The Sago Palm hotel exceeded my expectations in everyway. Located in the heart of every thing. Getting out and around was easy. I traveled alone and I felt safe when I went out. Lots of shops and restaurants around to sample the local delicacies and feel the true spirit of Jamaica. The staff at the hotel were all phenomenal! Great food that came piping hot! Clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. I can't fault anything about this hotel. I am very happy that I chose to stay there and will return and proudly give my recommendations.

This villa has exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. From the peaceful atmosphere, everything made me feel right at home. The location is fantastic, close to so many shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Roses Cove — I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The politeness of some of the waiters is whati like most, this was commendable. Initially we where given a room on the 4th building nono my mom is old and my other guest, but customer service sorted it immediately the next day

The best part about Ochi is how it was compact and yet like...

The best part about Ochi is how it was compact and yet like a village with everything that you need. I saw the new pavement being laid,it could have been carried out with a little more urgency and the road crossing being made over (painted) and even if it’s only for a few hours a day crossing guards to make motorists aware of with signs the pedestrians right of way

Amazing!so many places to go and things to do.

Amazing!so many places to go and things to do. The local people were kind and friendly. There was no incident of violence or aggression throughout our stay. So many restaurants, well kept beaches and rivers. The streets were always clean. Traffic reasonable.

Wonderful place.

Wonderful place. We enjoyed everything about it (find the little gem which is the natural mineral pool - so refreshing!). The staff are wonderful -- friendly, helpful and attentive. The singing chef making our eggs at breakfast is a superstar! As a place to chill out and have some 'us time' it was perfect. Highly recommend it.

Ochi Rios typical tourist location in Jamaica where...

Ochi Rios typical tourist location in Jamaica where specific populations are served. There are hidden gems to be found but you have to search them out. Insiders stay up in the hills above Ochi and drive down. The toll road is not far so you can explore other parts of the island. It’s not a bad staging point and there is lots to do if you wish to be active. A good staging point for adventurers further afield.

Perfectly located for people who would love to enjoy the beauty of Jamaica with easy access to locations like Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Blue Hole just to name a few. A visit to Blue Hole is strongly recommended we had a wonderful time there and had a great meal at Scotchies the jerk pork, jerk chicken and roast fish were awesome

The staff were the most Polite & lntelligent People i have ever come across & i have travelled many places over the last 40 years. Best Customer Services i have ever seen. Red carpet treatment for the Guests was Spot on. The in house Entertainment Professional & was Absolutely Fantastic. The food was Delicious & to everyone Palate. Beverages on tap. The Amazing Wonderful views at night takes your breath away. Jamaica is truly Paradise on Earth.

I liked the location, views from the room and the included breakfast. We were able to travel from Kingston to Ocho Rios by bus and then a short taxi trip to the hotel in which another traveller was heading to as well. The Almond Tree restaurant was where we had our dinners which we enjoyed. The waiters/waitresses were kind and helpful. Overall, the stay was of great value and good for being a non all inclusive.

Mattresses were comfy, room was a decent size and comes with a nice view of the sea as well as a mini fridge. Property overall needs modernising and a lick of paint but was OK. Staff are very helpful especially Jodie who took me into town to take out money and go shopping which I appreciated. Breakfast is a good size and the location is on a quiet street in the heart of Ocho Rios near the clocktower.
