- A very comfortable home, sparkling clean with all amenities available. - Location is excellent for anyone going to the The Mall Outlet (5mins drive away) - Owner is very friendly & helpful. The olive trees, affinity to cities as well as local vineyards, the Tuscan style house with traditional furnishings, clear night sky great for stargazing (as a city gal, I managed to find the North Star for the first time in my life during our stay here), and the list goes on :) We decided to stay here after reading about the amazing family style meals. And it did not disappoint! Everything was incredibly delicious and great value for the price. The tagliatelle al ragù and tiramisu filled my eyes with tears, no exaggeration. My boyfriend still talks about the pizza night at least once a week. The staff here made us feel not just at home but a part of the family. Needless to say we will definitely be back.

Once I did the booking, I was contacted by Whatsapp for my extra request. The location was near to the outlet. The staff was kind and accommodate all my needs. Breakfast was also excellent.

Niccoló is the perfect host, the apartment was spaceus and the whole estate was placed beautifully on a hilltop with great views of the vineyards of Tuscany. We will definitely come back next time we go to Tuscany.
