Beautiful place to stay, immersed in the gorgeous Italian countryside. The stay was perfect! The setting was stunning, the place was very peaceful, communication with the owner was excellent, we had everything we needed and the place was very clean. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

We stayed for New Years Eve. Perfect location, lovely rooms, beautiful view. Quiet and cozy. Breakfast was included at a bar just down the street. The most kind and welcoming host we've ever had, who also recommended a great dinner spot.

Very unique property in an old walled city, renovated beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked for self catering and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of places to eat close by and a fabulous bar just outside the city gates. The house is right next to a park with an amazing view of old ruins. I would recommend staying.

    The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying, with an interesting selection of foodstuffs. Some of the sweeter things like the cakes and pastries looked lovely but were more appropriate for mid-morning coffee - but see below. The location was great, with wonderful views out - our room had a magnificent terrace balcony with amazing views over the old town. It was easy to walk into Tuscania which is very quaint and not overwhelmed by tourists. The room and bathroom were generously sized and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

    The hotel is a little over one hour drive from Fiumicino Airport in Rome. If you are traveling north and do not want to stay in Rome, this is a lovely spot filled with locals and ruins dating back to the Etruscans. The best cappuccinos we had in Italy were in the little square by the fountain. There is parking close to the hotel, but you may need to wait for a space.

    We had an amazing Easter here. The weather was perfect and we used the terrace daily. The views from there magnificent. The apartment is situated in the historical centre of Tuscania and it’s really one of the most beautiful old towns. Parking was right in front of the apartment and there is a washing machine. We also loved the BBQ on the terrace.

    Lovely location and a beautiful house. The room was large and clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and very nice, with a good selection of homemade cakes. The pool was lovely and the fridge near it was handy to store drinks and food. Lots of good places to eat in nearby Tuscania.

    Located in a small street in the historical centre of Tuscania, it is, however, easy to access by car for unloading the luggage. Breakfast was provided in a nearby cafe that has delicious pastries. They also provided a pass to park in the town
