This accommodation was absolutely amazing. Perfectly clean and very tastefully furnished. We would happily stay longer if we could. There was even a good selection of coffee and tea and the fridge was almost full. We could park the car in the garden. The owners were very nice and friendly. It absolutely exceeded the expectations and I would give 20 points if I could :-)

We had a truly excellent stay. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the breakfast offered a great variety of quality options. What stood out most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff — they were genuinely attentive and made us feel very welcome. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The accomodation was is nice place, with plenty of parking lots in the yard. Rooms were simple but super clean and comfortable, shower gel and paper glasses provided. The best was the breakfast, basket with butter, jam, honey, biscuits, crackers on the table, croissants, bread, ham and cheese, eggs (four kinds), capuccino, espresso on request. Fruits, drinks in the self-service bar. Everything fresh and very tasty. The staff nice and funny. Check-in in the bar. They provide dinners on request between 19:30 and 20:30 (didn’t try). We will definitely come back.

Stefania and Roberto are excellent hosts. They genuinely make you feel at home away from home. They gave us advice and guidance about local restaurants and other businesses like a flower shop. They even booked us a table at a local restaurant, which turned out to be an excellent recommendation. We also enjoyed having a splash at the outdoor pool. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a real local hospitality experience in a tranquil environment.

When you are in Gemona go there! The owners are extremely kind and helpful and the rooms are just recently renovated. All the electronics were high end and the bathroom was super clean and pretty. The breakfast is very nice and the B&B owners offer Apple Juice and Apple Marmelade from their own plantation.
