We were four friends traveling together.
We were four friends traveling together. We have been friends since we were 8 years old, and we were celebrating our 50th birthday. Everything exceeded our expectations - inside, outside and the host. It was jus the perfect balance for us. We recommend it or anybody looking for a retreat in the country side, but still close to a municipality and several historic sites and hot thermal pools - it is surely a house in the woods. We just absolutely loved it, and Simona was so friendly and gave us amazing suggestions on activity in a short drive away. The atmosphere was so friendly that we would rather stay in and cook dinner than go out - just so friendly, cozy, and welcoming :)Guest review bySalvörIceland - 10.0

The town is small, but it has a very personal atmosphere. The people are all friendly, they are not yet facing a mass influx of tourists and it shows in their great willingness to help, to treat. The surroundings are extremely charming, but it's good to have a car; public transport works well, but it's still not that frequent, which is understandable given the location and size. Soriano is a small place, but there are plenty of sights to see, and it's possible to enjoy its atmosphere, which larger places don't allow as well.Guest review byKatarinaCzech Republic - 10.0

The facilities were excellent, but the property was difficult access due to steep narrow streets. We called and the management arranged for us and our luggage to be picked up in the parking lot and brought to the resort. I used Soriano Nel Cimino as a staging point for day trips around Tuscia. Easy access to Viterbo, Caprarolla, Vallerano, Fabrica di Roma, Lake Bracciano, Civita di Bagnoregio, etc. The town itself has quite a number of attractions such as the Palazzo Chigi, the Orsini Castle, Papaqua fountain, and a lovely centro storico. Our room was lovely with an amazing view of the town and surroundings from the terrace. But most outstanding were the people and in particular the restaurant manager who was exceptional and really made our stay very special.
