Giobo rooms was a pleasant surprise. The hosts are nice people and live at the property. There is a garden – not very big but very beautiful and well-maintained, with typical evergreen Mediterranean trees/vegetation, of which many were in bloom at the end of December. From the garden there is a very beautiful view to some rocky hills which are quite close. The room & bathroom were comfy. When we arrived, it was very cold inside but then with the AC heating there was no problem. We had breakfast offered by the host (fruits, gem/honey, pastries, tea, coffee). There were gluten/lactose free products available in one of the cabinets, which we appreciated a lot. Parking was easy. Overall good value for money.

The location is excellent with quiet beaches and towns in easy reach with all the facilities you could want for a family holiday. The apartment is simple and very well stocked with equipment. Worth noting that the roads are currently unpaved, work is ongoing so I assume fine by next year. What stood out for me was Sandro (the owner) and his family. They really stepped in to help my parents who arrived before me as we were delayed and did not have a car themselves to do basics like shopping. This sort if kindness is absolutely priceless. I recommend both Sandro and his apartment highly
