It is compact. Not Hilly. Has the Pieros to view. Lovely churches. Good restaurants and with a car the perfect base to set out from to explore the Tiber valley and the Val d'Arno. We returned after 20 years to revisit the Pierro Della Francesca painting of the Resurrection. Stunning. The ancient town centre is very attractive with magnificent buildings and a good supply of restaurants and cafes. Like everywhere at the moment Covid is affecting business and tourism. The location was perfect to walk anywhere in the town and enjoy the sights. We were met by Andrea and shown the property and how everything worked. The terrace at the top of the tower was perfect. At the end of the day, we enjoyed a delightful 360-degree view of the surrounding area of Sansepolcro with a glass of local wine and fresh produce. A Tuscan-style house on the outskirts of Sansepolcro. The room was spacious and very authentically furnished. Bicycles can be stored in the house, so they were safe. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a restaurant for dinner right next door. It was enjoyable and should be a good choice, especially for travellers passing through, as there is ample parking in front of the house and good access to the north.Guest review byChristianGermany
